As a 22 year old first time home buyer I was very nervous and intimidated by the whole process. Dan went above and beyond to take the time to go through the whole process with me. He explained every single thing that would happen and what to expect along the way. Along the process any question I had, he was very helpful and took extra time to explain everything. Dan made the home buying process seamless and easy. I never thought I'd be able to buy a house at my age. Especially never thought I would be saying that it was easy. It really was an easy process. I recommend Dan and AnnieMac to anyone who is looking for a lender that you can trust whole heartedly.

From minute one, Dan made it happen. When things took a turn for the worse, Dan had the answers and backup plans to make sure everything went through . We truly appreciate him working up to and possibly past midnight when things on the buyers side went haywire. He offered solutions on both sides to keep everything moving forward . Without Dan's experience, I'm not sure we'd be where we are now There are two families that are very thankful that Dan was the one involved with the loans. Even after closing Dan said he would. Be communicating about refinancing when rates go down and we are eligible. Thank you so much Dan, we are so appreciative of you!
